Quality Assurance Manager

To support and develop current QMS System and lead the advancement to achieve ISO9001:2015 standard:
• The role will also support the Environmental and Health and Safety systems.
• Primary point of interface for all matters of Quality.
• Quality Lead and NPI.
• Develop and implement Quality Audits, and lead Customer Audits.
• Co-ordinate external Audits.
• Lead projects and training i.e. 5S / Kaizan / SPC / CI / 6 Sigma.

Required experience:

You should ideally have a machining / manufacturing background with at least five years experience within a quality management system. Experience required with the following standards: ISO / AS / TS, Standards.

To operate Faro arm (Delcam software) and CMM (VDIMS software), preferably with suitable experience, although training can be given.

• Ability to use CAD software would be preferred but not essential

CNC Programmer Setter Operator Supervisor (CNC Lathe)

• Supervise people and work flow in the workshop
• Programming/setting/operating CNC lathes
• Perform routine maintenance
• Use drawings to manufacture parts
• Work as part of the Production Engineering team
• Advise on machining techniques

Required experience:

• Fanuc control preferred
• Manual/CNC machining experience incl. programming: 4 years
• Knowledge of materials/finishes an advantage
• Fully aware of H&S
• Ability to cope with fast changing priorities

Material Controller

Examining goods and material for defects, storing, and keeping track of inbound and outbound materials and maintain detailed records.

Required experience:

• Fork lift licence preferred
• Computer literate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Trainee to join us who is keen to progress in the world of engineering and manufacturing. A passion to understand the workings of machinery with a flair for fixing and solving mechanical problems is a must, along with an over-riding desire to learn and progress in an engineering discipline.
