Our laser is a Bystronic bystar 3015.
It is able to cut steel up to 20mm plate, stainless steel up to 15mm plate and aluminium up to 8mm plate.
In addition to these thicknesses, we have a sheet size capability of 3000mm x 2000mm.
We can produce anything from prototypes to large volume work.
We were invited to the factory to actually watch a section of our job being cut and wow! what an experience! We were guided through the entire process from programming the desired cutting criteria through to final execution and I have to say, it was an amazing experience.
We had complete faith in Sumac producing the work we needed from the very first conversation about what it was we wanted. And being invited down to see the process itself was a complete eye opener. I for one will never forget seeing such precision in action.
